I just wanted to express my heartfelt Thank You for the wonderful job you did in repairing a custom door damaged by water and constant moisture. My wife and I approached several people and received estimates for this project. To a person, they provided an estimate and then disappeared. The estimates covered a broad range of solutions, from removing the entire door and the surrounding frame to sawing the door frame in half. When you came for the estimate, your solution was the simplest and yet most effective, principally, because I could visualize your solution beginning to end. Your quote was very reasonable. I truly appreciated the customer-centric approach as well. That is, getting into the customer’s mind and understanding what needed to be done. After you provided the estimate, you did call back to check, and we scheduled an appointment to have the job done. You were true to your word, you came on that day and completed the job the same day. Without removing this custom build 8-foot door, you expertly cut the affected area, checked for additional damage within and without the affected area, and repaired it. The work was so well done, that it is almost impossible to see – that is to me, great work! The pleasant surprise thereafter was that you came under the estimated cost….. very pleasant indeed. I wish you all the success and would not hesitate to recommend you for any home repair.

Granite Bay House Doctor, Brent Brandolino, recently joined the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. We asked Brent to repair four water fountains we have on our deck. He came out immediately and had them working and looking better than when they were first installed! Brent also fixed our kitchen counter – saving us from having to replace it. My family has utilized a variety of home repair services offered by the Granite Bay House Doctor, and so far, there isn’t one project Brent hasn’t been able to handle in our three houses. Nothing is too large, or too small. He is courteous, prompt, and professional. And his prices are very reasonable. He has changed locks, installed new hardware, fixed and replaced broken light fixtures, done plumbing repairs, created a new custom niche for a replacement microwave, repaired cabinetry, and fixed other things in the house we were ready to throw away. Each job is done with thought and care, and he doesn’t leave until it is done right. Unlike some handymen, Brent doesn’t leave his trash afterward for you to pick up. Nor does he put heavy equipment and tools directly on your delicate kitchen counter granite!
He is neat and tidy and respectful of your home. You know who he is when he comes to the door because of his personalized shirt and truck. He takes his work very seriously, and we consider him our Miracle Man. It is wonderful to know there is a competent local handyman who can come quickly when you have a problem in your home. Brent responded very quickly and was able to meet our tight deadline as we were needing to close escrow on the home. This is the second time I’ve hired Brent Brandolino, Granite Bay House Doctor. So, already that says something positive. He came out to the house to give me an estimate on building a new section of front porch railing. We agreed on the scope of work and set up a date and time for the work to be completed. I had taken out a sidewalk and steps to the front porch that led to a very busy street that no one could use. There was already a second sidewalk and set of steps from the driveway to the same porch and front door. Brent arrived at the agreed upon time and day, took measurements, conferred with me about a couple of items and picked up the wood he needed to complete the project. He not only did a beautiful job, he’d determined that the rails on the existing 5 feet of railing were incrementally smaller distances apart and duplicated that effect on the section he built. That way, the eye wouldn’t notice a difference in how it looked. I was impressed. Cleanup was well done. The railing looks great and is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely hire him again to do work at my house.
I am more than happy with the work you did for me. Replacing the old rusted light figure on a pole in the back yard with a new brass coach type that was found in the garage, and painting the pole black to set it off did a lot for the back yard appearance.

I called Brent to ask his help in fixing a leaking dishwasher outlet hose. Whenever the dishwasher would run, we would end up with water under our sink, which was causing damage to the kitchen cabinetry. Brent arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgable about the problem. He brought the tools with him that he would need, and immediately went to work. He quickly determined that the source of the leak was more than just a loose hose attachment (which was what I initially thought it was), but was at least partially caused by a broken and plugged up outlet component. He determined that the hose was also likely a little too short, which was compounding the problem. He immediately went to the local hardware store, where he procured the necessary new parts to complete the repair, returned to our home, and finished the job. We have had no trouble with any leaks from the dishwasher outlet system since Brent did his work. He was competent, courteous, very well organized, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He made sure that things were cleaned up and put away when he left. I very much appreciate Brent’s efforts, and would definitely recommend him for general household repairs. He did an excellent job for us!
